Auto Deduction Module
This module allows you automatically deduct XX minutes at a specific time during the day.
AutoImport Module
This module allows you to automatically import information into TimeClock.
Automation Utility
This application allows managers to have information delivered automatically via email, as a file, or in a hard copy print. Using the Automation Utility, one can:
  • automate the creation of TimeClock Plus exports for supported payroll packages
  • automate the creation of PDF, Office OpenXML, and HTML files for TimeClock Plus reports on a set schedule
  • e-mail the output of an automation to one or more email addresses
  • place the output of an automation in the file system. For example, a complete payroll report could be scheduled to print to PDF every night and be saved in C:\NightlyReports. The automation file names can be configured so that they will not overwrite the previous output.
Break on Clock Out
This module allows an employee to enter their breaks for the current shift when clocking out.
Command Line Labor Cost Utility Module
This module allows you to export labor costing information to a CSV.
Contract Variance Report
This report shows the variance of days and hours an employee actually works, compared to their contract. * This report is used in conjunction with the Contract Workers Module.
Contract Workers
With the Contract Workers Module, you can setup a contract for the employees to track a positive or negative hour variance based upon the actual hours they worked compared to their contract. This module is used mainly in school district environments.
Contracts First Hour Calculation Module
This module applies any earned overtime to non-contracted job codes by calculating hours worked in contracted job code first.
Daily Overtime Exemption Module
This module allows you to disable daily overtime for segments or shifts of a pre-set length.
Desktop Fingerprint Module
This module allows for configuration to use the Desktop Fingerprint Reader. It works in conjunction with the On-Screen TimeClock™.
Digital Output Access Report
This report shows employee access to or from a terminal using QuickPunch and the Digital Output Module *This report is used in conjunction with the Digital Output Module.
This module allows for configuring the software to control the Digital Output port on our RDT300 and 400 Series Terminals.
Employee Audit Log
This module allows users to view a audit log that will show all changes made to employees. This includes changes made to employee job codes.
Fingerprint Module
The Fingerprint Module allows you to configure the fingerprint sensor used in conjunction with our RDT100 and 200 Series Terminals.
Forced Overtime Module
This module allows you to force Overtime 1 or Overtime 2 based upon a day of the week.
French Language Module
This module allows employees to be set with their preferred language. The language setting affects WebClock and MobileClock (RDTg coming soon).
This module allows for configuring the software and Employee Access Terminals to work in conjunction with the HandPunch 1000.
Hour Adjustment Module
This module allows for tracking of positive variances on reports as well as when exporting. It considers Overtime 1 hours as regular hours and Overtime 2 hours as Overtime 1 hours *This module does not track negative variances, only positive
Include Overtime in Regular Hours
This module allows you to report and export any overtime hours as "half hours".
The Job Costing Module allows you to track up to 3 additional levels of information when performing clock operations. So when you clock in, you will be prompted to choose a cost code.
LDAP Authentication Module
The LDAP Authentication Module allows managers to log into Manager or Scheduler using their LDAP or active directory password.
LDAP OSTC Authentication Module
The LDAP OSTC Authentication Module allows employees to clock in and out using their LDAP or active directory password.
Missed Break Exception Module
Built especially for our California customers, this exception will help managers know when their employees have worked a certain amount of hours without taking a break. The accompanying widget and report will even show employees who are approaching that threshold so proactive managers can send their employees on break before the exception occurs.
Multi-Company Module
The Multi-Company Module allows you to configure more than one company within a single TimeClock Plus Database.
Multi-Time Zone Module
The Multi-Time Zone Module allows you to configure the clients to operate on a different time zone from the database server.
Paid Break Limit Module
This module limits the total amount of paid break time an employee may have.
POP3 Authentication Module
The POP3 Authentication Module allows managers to log into Manager or Scheduler using their POP3 e-mail password.
Punch Restriction Module
This will restrict a clock in or out if it finds a clock in or out operation within the past XX minutes.
Quad Weekly Overtime Module
This module allows you to calculate overtime on a 28 day basis instead of the traditional 7 day weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Salaried Non-Exempt Module
This module takes an employee’s weekly salary and divides it by the number of hours they worked in the week to come up with a regular rate.
Schedule Transfer Module
This module works with the Automation Utility allowing you to pull your schedule requests from Scheduler into TimeClock Manager, automatically and without having to close the week.
Shift Based Auto Deduct Module
This module allows you to deduct a definable break length from an employee’s hours based on the time the employee worked.
This module allows you to configure and pay a shift premium for hours worked during a specific shift.
Spanish Language Module
This module allows employees to be set with their preferred language. The language setting affects WebClock and MobileClock (RDTg coming soon).
Start Time Module (Flexible Time of Day)
This module allows you to specify a start time of day for a company, different from the traditional 12:00am to 11:59pm day.
Substitute Module
This module allows for tracking of substitutes' time. When a substitute teacher clocks in, they are prompted to choose the campus, and teacher for which they are substituting.
TimeClock Mobile for Web 3.0
This module allows you to run Web Edition 3.0’s Web Clock from a mobile device.
Weighted Overtime Module
This module allows you to calculate overtime on a weighted overtime basis. There are 4 overtime methods available.
Workweek Finalizer
This module, a companion to the Automation Utility, will fill out your employee’s hours for the week. For example, if your employee must have 40 hours for the week, this module can be configured to check the employee’s hours and automatically enter vacation time to make up the difference.
